Refund Policy (Covid -19)
REFUND POLICY
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have created an additional refund policy with regards to COVID-19. (This new policy does not apply to individualschoosing to opt out of play – regular club refund policy will be applied)
1. If the season does NOT start, a full refund will be issued.
2. If the season is partially completed, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on sessions
done etc.
3. If the season is 75% or more completed, no refunds will be issued.
4. There will be NO refund issued if a player withdraws from the program after it has
began; due to various reasons including but not limited to medical issues.
In addition,
There will be no make-up sessions due to the facility closure and severe weather condition beyond anyone’s control.
FYI
There is NO COVID-19 sports liability Insurance.
